I've had to call 4 times to get the staff to provide information to my insurance carrier so that they can authorize my prescription. I have been trying to get my script for 12 days. I have followed up 4 times and they either don't respond to the insurance carrier or only send part of the required information. The answering service for after hours is completely unreliable as they do not forward messages to the office reliably and this was confirmed by their own staff.

Dr. Piracha did not review the information from the referring Doc and missed a required test I need by at least a year and I had to remind him to revisit the issue to get it resolved. This is the poorest medical care and treatment I have received at any time.

Doctor knows nothing about Graves Disease, or at least will not share any information with patient. Didn't care anything about my symptoms only my numbers. Did not explain anything about graves disease at all, only told me that I had and maybe one day I go into remission. I left frustrated confused and very upset. At several follow-up appointments and his bedside manner never improved. Will never return to this dr.

They asked a few questions to get to know me better, but they drew their conclusion too quickly if you ask me.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
