My dentist appointment was at 2:00pm and after waiting in the waiting room for a half hour and then sitting in the dentist's chair for over 15 minutes, I left stating to his staff the Dr, Jacobs was apparently too busy for me and I will find a dentist who is not rude and see people at the appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the Dr.
