Dr. Angela was very educational. She was able to answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. I loved that her new office has been remodeled and how friendly her staff is; they made me feel very welcome.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
