I use to go to this dentist and my daughter had cancelled twice mind you she was married and living upstairs from me she didnt have a phone so i would take messages .....well when it came to my son 9 at the time the office refused to give me an appointment because of too many cancellations.....I myself worked for a dental office for 22 years and NEVER i mean NEVER did i make a child wait in pain for an appointment i had called around and found someone else with a lot more experience and more compassionate toward children not like that office and the staff and the office manager were just as ignorant to people....NO THANK YOU~!!!! IF YOU NEED A DENTIST TAKE THIS ONE OFF YOUR LIST~!!!!! Or you might be without a dentist if you have to cancel out at any time~!!!
