Staff and Doctor Dudley are extremely friendly and helpful. They constantly ask how you're feeling during the process and are very gentle!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and kind and are willing to work with you on a payment plan. The only downfall is that they barely have anything worth reading in the waiting room, so you better bring your own, though yo won't be in there long. They get you right in and you don't have to wait very long anyhow. If I know I'm going to be waiting for my children, I bring my own reading material. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, but it's never been excessive and I've had root canals done there. The pain did go away pretty quickly. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my
appointment.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
