I have had several visits with Dr. Hofmeister ( possibly saying his name incorrectly) Carry, and the Dr's assistant. I have yet to have a bad experience and I traveled from Minnesota. I had two crowns and two fillings and he fixed a not so appealing front tooth.

I thought that it was a trick the entire staff was nice to me the entire time. I can't speak for what will happen in the future as I'm not psychic but right now, I know that everyone was phenomenal to me. I have a couple more appointments that will complete my dental procedures for now.
I had a tender spot after my visit, I stopped into the office and I was given an appointment for that day. I waited approximately 20-25 minutes. I'm sure if there is something that does seem comfortable or you feel mistreated share it with the head staff at the location that you at. At least give them the opportunity to fix it. If nothing is done about it, I would then suggest finding a different dentist, but at least give the opportunity to correct the problem. Front desk was great as well.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

They didn't pay any attention to my personal needs so now I have a broken tooth with live nerve exposed and great pain. I don't know of any dentist that will take me on the Sunday before Christmas. It will be a
