I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency... I had to call several times before I finally reached them, then 90% of the time you leave a message and they return the call...they DO return it ASAP. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep (more than once) waiting for the dentist- that's how relaxed I was.
