I had serious complications following a surgery I had in this office. My complaints were never fully evaluated, in spite of my many visits and phone calls. I finally went elsewhere (including Mayo) and found out I had serious nerve damage from the surgery and am still on medication to control the pain a couple of years later. Staff did not seem to know or follow rules about releasing dental records when I needed them. I did tell them about my experience and my outcome, and it seemed to me they were more interested in protecting themselves than being concerned for their patient.
