I have a teenage student who is on state dental insurance and had recently an extraction by another dentist. She developed dry socket and was in extreme pain, so she went to Silver Creek Dental to find out if they could help her. When she told the receptionist what insurance she had, she was told, "Well, you get what you pay for. It's like if you hired your neighbor to mow your lawn for free." I cannot believe what an unprofessional comment this was to a crying person in crisis. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and, by the look of the majority of other reviews here, the staff are callous, unprofessional, intolerant of patients and their crises. A doctor/dentist office should be a judgement free environment that is there to accomodate their patients.
