Very unsatisfied with the work Dr. Grant did for my mother and his policies. The dentures were made too small. This has been confirmed by other dental specialists. When asked to refund the cost of the poor work, he just wanted to refund $300 of the $1600 paid.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
