They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field.. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
