They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
