Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I have been with Dr. Holmes for over 18 years! He has been a wonderful dentist and I have always been happy with his work. Why else would I be a patient for so long?

Yes

No, there weren't many to choose from

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, they only examined them for a few seconds

I was very upset when I left. I will never return to this dentist. I would much rather get another dentist for my children.The staff is very rude and judgemental. They have a serious lack of comunication. They leave people in thier chairs for over two hours, they cancell appointments with out 24 hour notice. I should bill them for my time waisted at thier office.
