dr uhlmansiek has been my dentist for 25 years; i have never had anything but good service and care from this group.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. Kind of too slow actually. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They help me with anything I need. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

ALWAYS finds time to fit us in. Very good at what he does. I had a filling without numbing (my choice) and NO pain! My 4 year old even loves going. Receptionist has incredible memory and can usually answer any questions without even referencing it (and is correct). Only downside for us is not a preferred provider on our insurance plan so we are out of pocket 10%, but that is due to our plan, and we like it there enough to stay regardless.

I would not recommend this dentist. His staff was very unprofessional. They sent me bills for items that were not due, and then refused to correct the error, even though it was clearly their mistake and they were very disorganized. I also thought that he was recommending extra dental work just to collect more fees from me. Another dentist told me that the work he was telling me to get was unnecessary. Terrible.
