I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. It was clear that the office is used to various insurance billing.They made sure they took down all the information correctly and talked to me about what it was going to cost. I'm really impressed.

I felt like she were just trying to make money off me because she kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know were not necessary. I was hit in the jaw with the arm of the X-ray machine, hard. The X-ray girl was not well trained. The Dentist had her own agenda. She was not friendly in the least. The worst part of it all was that she, Karren Sperry the dentist, was Shaking...it was a nightmare. She was sloppy. She could have some kind of a problem. I think she needs to be reviewed by professionals. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

They were polite, but not very personable. I did not feel informed and had to ask questions to get information. When I asked questions the answers were very wishy washy. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided. Needless to say I am looking elsewhere.
