Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I need to have my dental work performed in an upright position not lying upside down. I was very uncomfortable. Can you recommend a dentist that will help me. If someone could call me with that information I would appreciate it. 276-656-6625

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
