Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I started visiting this practice when I switched insurances, and I had to leave my big, fancy practice and old dentist. When I first walked in the door I was thinking: "oh my, this is different........." At first, I was a little skeptical about the quality of service or treatment. The office is small, the equipment is old, and the fact that his assistant is also the receptionist didn't help. BUT, after visiting for an evaluation, and having several treatments done, I can say for sure... he is a great dentist!
Do not be alarm by the appearance of the office like I did at first. Dr. Miks is gentle, professional, knows what he's doing, and patient. He took the time and explained to me everything I wanted to know (and I ask a lot of questions, lemme tell you) He did an excellent job on my teeth (and I am coming for more!) and overall I am very pleased. He is so gentle with the shots, which is something not many dentists, sadly, have in common.
His assistant is super nice, and this practice is personal, and lovely. I definitely recommend them!
