At our first appointment, I scheduled my daughter’s 6-month check up. When I showed up on the scheduled date and time with my 3 1/2 year old, the office was locked. The dentist came out and told me that the office closed an hour ago, that we weren't on the schedule, even though I showed her the card with that date and time. She told me she had a home inspection & could not see us at our scheduled time & that we'd need to reschedule. We will not be returning to her office.
