We've been seeing Dr. Cook for years and she has provided excellent dental care to my two boys. Her staff is typically friendly and good with children.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
