Over priced. Impolite. Paid a lot of money out of pocket at the time of the visit and when I told them I wasn't pleased and would not be back I received a bill in the mail claiming that I did not have dental insurance which is false! they had to get my insurance in order to charge me a co-pay.

most of staff .not friendly. staff turnover is very high the real price is always higher than the quote Billing system is very hard to understand. I have been going here over 15 years and I'm going to find another dentist

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I've been going to this dentist office for over 10 years. The only reason I have stayed is because there is one doctor that knows what has been going on with my teeth. I'm getting implants and I've had to have a lot of surgeries. He's been there through it all with me. He sold the practice and the office got an entirely new staff so none of them know their patients. And the office hasn't been reliable since! And on top of it all they told me my charge was $100 so I paid it. Then the next day I check my bank statement and they charged my $300! My receipt says I have a balance of -200.00 so they just credit it to your account at the office. Totally wrong when they tell you you're paying one price and they charge you 200 over. Do Not Recommend This Office AT ALL!

i thought they were too rough cleaning the teeth i do not have cavities and was worried she was going to cause one due to that i will not go back. the dentist was very friendly . i took my 5 year old in there one time and never again she was not good with children
