I am truly impressed with the dentist and her staff ability to explain my needs without criticism. As a kid that always been scared of the dentist because of needles. I felt no pain when the dentist numbed me to do my treatment.

They are confusing and very hard to understand they tell you more work is needed when its not.They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This is a small practice. Very easy to schedule appointments. I had a bad experience with the doctor replacement. He charged for exam but did not provide any results to me. Cleaning was done poorly also. When I asked Dr. Tina Truong DDS to do exam again and check on cleaning. She refused, and said she will charge again. She did could not provide me with another "doctor license" neither info about his practice.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
