Their service is great. The wait was very quick. Freha, the manager, was very kind, and explained everything. I had a great cleaning. Doctor's were really nice and friendly. I would recommend them. Their office was very clean, organized and comfy. They even give you discounts, I will totally come back.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I hate what they did to my teeth. They chipped two of my front teeth. Refused to help me and max my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket also. I say stay away!!

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I went to this place bc it was "highly" recommended. I arrived there and it was packed with Hispanics and they didn't have enough chairs to seat people. I gave them my insurance information and after a while I was told to go to the dental office were my consultation began. I was quoted for all the work that was needed to be done. I agreed and paid. I had to go a 2nd time to finish the work and what bothered me was that i was not informed that this same day they were going to do additional work, but instead filled two teeth that they had supposedly not quoted me for nor asked if i wanted it done that day, but they wanted to charge me for it. A month later they find out that they had dropped the ball bc one of the procedures was not cover due to the waiting period. Instead of charging me the difference, they charge me the full amount for the dental work.
They continue to double and increase the amount that is owed and now have sent me to collections. The work they did needs to be checked by another dentist bc the fillings hurt and the other thing they did causes me pain. I do not recommend this place.
