I received good dental care here but could never read their invoices. The bills didn't clearly show what insurance or I had paid and what charges were for, so I'd put the bill aside, planning to figure it out later, then time would whiz by and I'd end up being a slow pay. Twice I asked to receive a clearly outlined bill and received back the same bill with lines drawn between amounts and notations written by the dentist's bookkeeper "proving" that their amout due was correct, though I still couldn't see how they'd come up the the total and felt unsure that the amount they said I owed was correct.

I also overheard the dentist telling patients that he'd do their root canals himself, but he'd send other people to endodontist for root canals. Maybe that had to do with the complexity of the problem or differing reimbursement rates between insurances.

Dental treatment here was excellent--crowns fit well, fillings were nicely done, I had no pain and the dentist is skilled and a truly nice guy.

The hygienist was also excellent--I just wish the invoices had been readable.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
