They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
