Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Trustworthy, efficient dentistry. Dr. Spainhower is awesome. His staff is super friendly & he is an expert in his field. I felt completely comfortable under his care & I would DEFINITELY recommend him to friends & family. My dentures look fantastic.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They were extremely late to all my appointments (even took his nephew in place of my appt with a non-emergency issue). I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Overall horrible place to go for dental care!
