They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. His hygienist are extremely nice and so is his assistant. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Fran, the women who handles claims and insurance, always messes up in sending in claims and will result in receiving a bill that you are not required to pay. I went there since I was 4 years and I never received a break on a fee... What is a sterilization fee???
