The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
