Dental office quoted all in network prices IN WRITING, confirmed they were in network. Then once all work done they state not in network and that they WEREN'T IN NETWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE. When I asked why they would give "IN NETWORK" prices when they KNOW they aren't in network with any insurance.....silence. The manager then gets on phone and says patient signs statement that they will pay for any charges insurance doesnt I explained I don't have a problem with that I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM LYING in the first place. I wouldn't believe anything this office has to say. JUST REMEMBER THEY AREN'T IN NETWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE

The dentist is great but the front office is terrible! First they did not get the assignment of benefits correct and my insurance company ends up sending me a check which I never received. The dentist office didn’t notify me there was a problem until almost 90 days after my date of service. . I called my insurance and had the claim reprocessed and the check cut again. Secondly the office led me to believe they were “in network” and even quoted “in network prices” at time of service which was discovered when I received my EOB with the 2nd claim processing that I had to initiate
The front office finally sends out a bill to me however with the incorrect guarantor listed (come on folks this isn’t rocket science) When I called to complain about , the receptionist who answered the phone, was clueless and couldn’t even find the total charges on my account, after going through another receptionist who was just as clueless, I settled for a return call from a manager The manager tried to blame the whole situation on a “software” upgrade etc. Even she had trouble finding total charges! Eventually the manager admits THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS NOT CONTRACTED WITH ANY INSURANCE!. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND RECEIVE INCREDIBLY HIGH INVOICES ---GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!!

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
