I Payed in full for the Utimate fit upper plate dentures..Picked them up on Aug.4th.2022...I told the lady they were to big...the wax dentures done a few days before as the mold was perfect...but not the finished product...and she said they would adjust them later and I told her these were not the dentures I payed for...She lied and said yes they were the Ultimate fit with the veins in them...They are not...I received the Cheapest ones they have..Very upset...And they are lop sided...The right side is thicker at the back and longer...makes my jaw sore after eating...Suppose to get implant snaps put in them on Aug.31st and not only the wrong teeth but don't even fit...Hoping they make it right...But seriously concerned at this point...She flat out lied to me...

Do not do business with this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Have filed a complaint with Texas Attorney General & BBB.

Needed replacement lower plate for my wife. The obviously socialist female dentist told me they would not make them as my wife would not be happy with them. No options for me to accept them, just NO, now wife has no usable lowers.

I think Dr. Kloer is outstanding with an exceptional chairside manner. He answered every question that I asked of him in a way that I could understand, which leaves me very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.
Their staff is efficient and professional and I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their receptionist, Michelle, is exceedingly helpful with setting up your appointments, processing your payments, and ensuring that you have all of the documentation that you need for filing an insurance claim. When I leave the office after a visit, I feel like I'm leaving a friends house.
Everyone has heard my raves already about this Dr. Kloer and all of the staff at Affordable Dentures in Odessa. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Their office was well organized and clean. Their rates are TRULY AFFORDABLE. In my case, LESS THAN HALF of the next lowest quote I got ($7,000). By far, the BEST dental experience I have had .......EVER!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! Michelle at the front desk was awesome... other than that this has been the worst experience of my life! The dentist pulled my teeth and butchered my mouth.... It has been over a month since i had them pulled and i still have 14 different spots where peices of bone are coming out and he wont do anything to fix it and nothing for pain. Also they made my bottom dentures wrong and i havent been able to wear them yet! They are suppose to remake them but since I have already paid they seem to have no intrest in helping me with anything.

Way to young to have so many problems but had to have all my teeth removed and get dentures. Dr Wollen and his staff were great. Treated me like a person and not a way to make money. Dr Wollen removed my teeth (which I still had complete bad teeth and bits and pieces of most) nearly painlessly. I had to let my mouth heal up for a just over a week then got my temporary dentures. These are great can not imagine how my permanents can be better. After my gums shrunk I returned and they relined my dentures so they fit tight again (this is the normal process and will have to do it a time or two more this first year ). Again treated me great. At about a year I will return for my permanent teeth.

I highly recommend Dr Wollen and his staff. For new patients bring a book or something to do as you will be there most of the day going from the lobby to the back then back to the lobby and then back, etc. Why? So they can treat multiple patients quickly. The staff works on various patients at various stations. One will have a patient getting x-rays, another will have a patient getting prepared for denture fitting, another will be assisting a person with the test fitting, etc. Dr Wollen is back there working the whole time as well. It is busy and fast paced.

The time spent at the office is well worth the savings and the quality of care and quality of denture.

PS: Be nice to the receptionist she works hard both at the desk and in the back. When she opens the door at 8am she will explain much better what I said above to the group about it being an all day adventure.
