My son had wisdom teeth removed and stated he felt everything. Was not given anything else for pain. He said very loud music playing during procedure. He said he would not go back and would not recommend to anybody.

Very pleased with the cleaning. Staff was very professional and accommodating. I'm so glad we found a good dental place we can go to regularly.

They are the only provider for my insurance plan in Midland... They have rescheduled me 2 times for my initial consults... the problem each time they reschedule - they want it to be 90 days out from our previous scheduled appointment. So my 12 year old sits with a toothache and they YAWN .... Midland is booming but they are just too busy for the propserity , they are messing with a goldmine and they ae blowing it in my book. GET A PLAN for real growth people, there has to be more than ONE Freaking Dentist in MIDLAND who will join your team and share in the profits and serve the public well.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I had to wait for a little while.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

I went in for 3 fillings discovered during my exam the previous week (note they don't schedule initial x-ray/exam/cleaning together). The dentist applied the topical anesthetic and only waited about 1 min before going in with the needle. This was not nearly enough time for me to get numb and it hurt when she applied the needle. My mouth didn't get numb enough from the first application and she had to go in again..again additional pain. Then the dental assistant was very new and didn't provide appropriate suctioning and I constantly felt as though I was drowning. I felt that the dentist was very rushed, she left as soon as the procedure was finished and another dental assistant had to help the one that attended me give me follow up instructions.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.

My only problem is, they want to do $14,000 worth of work in my mouth, of which I will have to pay about 1/3. Not something I can deal with right now.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
