Ever since they changed office managers, I always have to call this Dentist's office to confirm my appointment time. I called to confirm my appointment and was told by the new office manager that I was not on the schedule for today but she could 'fit me in'. I found my appointment reminder, which she filled out, with the date and time and I informed her of this but she didn't seem to care. She has also been rude to me when I have been to the office. Dr Alvarado is great but customer service has really gone down hill since RC left.

Fast, friendly, convenient and they worked with me with my limited budget. I hadn't seen a dentist regularly and thought I was going to be raked over the coals and not be able to afford the repairs that I needed; But they couldn't have been nicer working within my budget and payment plans. I am definitely going to use them again and again. I refer folks to this office regularly. They have everything that I need in one convenient location. Why would I go anywhere else? The blessings are greatly appreciated.

When I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist did not remove all of the plaque from my teeth. The next time I had my teeth cleaned, I went to another office and the hygienist was able to remove all of the plaque easily.

You couldn't pay me to return to this dental office again. My daughter was also a patient at this office and was extremely dissatisfied with the care she received and will not return to this office again. My mother also had less than par treatment at this office and she will not return to this office again either.
