They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their staff didn't explain that they were not contracted with my insurance. I specifically asked their staff if they accepted my insurance and their response was "yes" we accepted but they failed to tell me that they were not in network, which to me it was very misleading. They are not concerned about patients not coming back to their practice.

On 3/19/09 I went in for a simple deep cleaning of my teeth. The dental hygienist did the work but Dr. Hodan Rabile injected my gums, she was in a hurry the dentist office was very busy and the hygienist called her several times to inject me and my feeling is that she did not take the time to notice where she was injecting me and when the local anesthesia wore off, I noticed I could not open my mouth, it’s very painful, hard to eat and I started having headaches constantly. I gave it two weeks thinking it was just sore from the dental work, I went back to the dentist on 4/2/09 and the dentist looked at me an said that she had injected the Novocain in a muscle in error and that my muscle was swollen I had developed a condition called Trismus, she told me to take Ibuprofen and use hot compresses at night. I told her that I was already using advil for pain since 3/20 and she told me that Advil and Ibuprofen were not the same thing. I went to see my family doctor, Dr. Biard (Angela P.A.) and she immediately took x rays, she noted I had fever, the right side of my face was swollen, x rays showed I have an abscess where the injection was done and had an infection, she placed me on antibiotics, steroids and pain medication. I started taking the antibiotics on 4/3/09 and steroids. The dentist is adamant I don’t have an abscess, she states that I have Trismus which will go away. The headaches are not as constant now, but I still have pain, I can not eat, yawning is very painful, I have developed diarrhea due to the medications and I’m getting very depressed, how can a simple cleaning turn into such a nightmare?
