It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dentist's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! The office staff for this Dentist is always great about sending a reminder card to help me remember to make my upcoming cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments. The rinsing sink in this Dentist's exam room was perfect. It was sparkling clean and had disposable cups and mouthwash. My provider is very respected and knows many other professionals in their field. I have no doubt they will get me access to the best information out there whether they incorporate themselves or they recommend I go to someone else. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting more than half a day. I absolutely love dr olivary she is the best dentist I've been to others and never felt so secure about any of them that they were gonna do their best in the future needs but dr olivary makes sure to go over all your needs and let's you decide when she never pushes things on her patients like others I've seen and she's just a great dentist period I reccomend her to all my friends and family and will continue to be her patient for all my dental needs thanks lake Houston dental you are all awesome!!!!!

This office talked me into an expensive treatment and assured me they had pre-authorized it with my insurance (MetLife). When I had the water cleaning done, I had to pay a portion out of pocket for antibiotics. I found out months later that my insurance had rejected the treatment because it is not medically necessary and the dentist's office had turned me over to collections for the unpaid balance. I would have gladly paid it once I found out the reason! The problem is that healthcare providers get reimbursed by the government for unpaid bills if they turn them over to collections. So they were so terribly worried about getting their $454 ASAP that they sullied my credit. Some customer service! Thanks Lake Houston Dental!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The people in this office are the friendliest and most attentive of all the dental offices I have been to.
