Dear Dr Truitt

I was a patients of yours some years ago. You replaced my Partials and you did a fantastic job and I was so pleased with your work that I sent many of my co-workers to your office. My Insurance Provider changed and I could no longer be your patient but every time I looked in the mirror and smiled I always thought of you. They do not make them like you anymore and the staff that you had were great. I called your office today to refer someone else and was told that you will be retiring at the end of this year. I just want to think you from the bottom of my Heart and to wish you a Wonderful Retirement a Merry Christmas and many Happy New Years.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

Dr. Steve's team values our dental health, from Catherine in the front office to Pat, his chairside assistant and their awesome hygienist Kevin. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for with their team approach where the right hand always knows what the left hand is doing. They've always been kind and attentive to my husband and me over the past 4 years since we first went as new patients. After the first year, we moved 100+ miles east to Beaumont and decided to continue going to Dr. Steve for our dental checkups twice a year and necessary work when needed. When you find this kind of professionalism, you stick with it if possible. The drive is worth it to us; I was a dental assistant in PA and VA back in the 70s and this is the sort of dental practice where I'd want to work.
