My primary concern is my safety and comfort and a job well done. As I was getting my fillings and cleaning they always took time to tell me whats going on as their doing the work. Dr. Reid is very gentle I definitely recommend. Prices are good as well.

Made me wait 45 minutes and the xray technician was very rude when interacting with me. Also did not find anything very sanitary. The technician put gloves on and touched things before putting her fingers back in my mouth. Then I watched her "clean" the area in which I was sitting not very well. I left before my cleaning.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed after waiting for the dentist to see me and then waiting for the dentist do the exam. It was awful!! Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Definitely not, I almost choked

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

No, but they said they were going to!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
