They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr. Holcomb is SO nice. His office staff is amazing, (Delane and Wendy), his assistant Linda is beautiful inside and out and she makes my kids feel at ease and doesn't talk down to them. The office is geared toward kids (obviously, since he's a kid's dentist) and they have toys and books and DVDs and DSIs and Gameboys and a nice, open, friendly office. It's obvious that they care about patient comfort. Every question is answered and they are very open and friendly. The office staff, the kids and I all think he's great.
