It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was very quiet and peaceful and I was able to relax very easily. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Everyone, from the office manager to the dentist and his assistants were very kind, considerate and professional. I will return for my next appointment. They even sent me a text message to remind me of my appointment! Very convenient!

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

I went to them with a tooth that had a hole in it and was really starting to bother me. They told me I would need a root canal and a crown. They sent me home with a couple prescriptions, antibiotic and pain meds.. The pain medication was only for a couple days because they said the antibiotic would get rid of the infection and I would feel better. A couple days went by and I felt worse, like my head was going to explode, and was quickly running out of pain meds. I called them to see if they could call in a refill because I still had five days until my appointment. They treated me like I was a drug addict. They told me I should not be running out, even though I went over the math with her and she agreed that that was how I was supposed to be taking them. She made it sound like I was just in it for medication. Very rude, very mean. After I made a huge deal, they finally came around. I went in later the next week and had the root canal done. About a day or so later I woke up to nasty blisters on my mouth. I called them and said they would call back, which they did not until the next day. The next day I went to my doctor and he prescribed me a cream and pills. He said it was very possible the blisters came from the instruments used. Not sure where else I could have gotten them since I had been at home, in bed the rest of the time. The dentist basically said I got them else where and it wasn't their fault. Reluctantly I went back for the crown, I didn't have the money to start over somewhere else. When he was prepping me for the crown, he broke one of his files inside my mouth and could not get it out. I now will forever have that piece of metal in my mouth. I would NEVER recommend going to this place.
