They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
My husband's appointment was first and they gave him a treatment plan and made him make a down payment that day, I was not happy about that especially when they had not done anywork that was in March of 2011.
My appointment was later the same day, I wanted a cleaning done the same day, however they would not do a standard cleaning (which my insurance covered) they wanted to to a deeper cleaning, I did not need as I had only missed 1 cleaning appointment. I felt they were pushy about treatments that were not what I went in for and not taking care of what I needed taken care of to begin with.
I have since tried to get copies of our xrays and pan's and they don't answer the phone.
They are friendly but tricked my husband into paying for something that was covered on our plan, and then changed it around when I confronted them on it, and said it was prepayment on his treatment plan. WE have not been back but I want our xrays, I found a dentist that will do a reg cleaning and do the extractions without sending to a surgeon.

I've had to wait a long time sometimes and at other times I have been seen right away. I like that they have hours that fit my schedule. The staff is very friendly. Once I got a scratch on my gums from the xray bite thing, and they gave me a prescription for an antibiotic so I didn't have to pay for a visit to my regular doctor. I would give them 4 stars out of 5.
