I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I would never visit them again. I was very have been waiting 2 1/2 mouths for oral surgery (Tonya) to get my son in and get him fixed. The insurance approved the surgery way over a mouth ago.
