Was referred to Assoc. Oral and Implant Surgeons from my family dentist. When making the appt., I asked if it was a free consultation and the person on the phone said our consultation is "courtesy", so with this being said, I made the appointment. Upon arrival, the waiting room was extremely full and it took almost an hour before I was called back to see the Doctor. It took the Dr. 2 seconds to tell me I needed surgery to pull out one wisdom tooth. Sent me to the check out and the first thing out of the desk person's mouth is "what date is good for you?" It seemed that all this place cared about was money no caring whatsoever. Didn't even check my insurance to tell me what my out of pocket expense would be. Come to find out, they didn't even except my insurance and then sent me a bill for the "courtesy consultation"! When called to speak about the charge, the person on the phone said "I just work here", "I don't come up with the rules". VERY RUDE and then she hung up on me. I wish this system gave a "0" star as I really didn't want to click a "1" star.

This is the one sorry excuse for medical dentistry ever,the staff lied to me 2 times In 15 minutes after being referred there & was made an appointment by another MD also was told they were not taking new patients or my insurance & they did also made appt to see my child & would not I assume my insurance didn't pay good enough or we were not good enough well this was very unprofessional.I was then referred to Dr.Donald Redford in Bristol Tn he was absoutley wonderful his staff was great and treated us wonderful he did an exceptionally great job on my child so don't bother with this office they don't want you.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When I needed help on a Friday night following my surgery, I called the emergency number and spoke with a doctor who was able to help me! A great organization and team. (Susan is wonderful)
