I'm a Certified Dental Assistant, so I look around a dental office carefully. The dental staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The office and operatories were very clean, and up to date. My 4yr old daughter went in for her yearly exam and cleaning. This was a new dentist for her since we had just moved across the state recently. Dr. Loftus was somewhat cordial to her, but didn't acknowledge my presence (the parent) in the room. Didn't say hello, ask if I had any concerns with her mouth, or say thanks, nice to meet you, nothing. Left the room without so much as looking at me, the person who pays him. Too bad we won't find out if he actually has dental skills. We switched dentists after that one visit.
