They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This is a doctor that will call you back herself and has always been available to help me whenever I call. I appreciate the fact that she is always so willing to remove any fears I have about dental work. I am terrified of going to the dentist which has caused me to put off my visit until the very last minute. If I had gone for my checkups maybe I wouldn't be in this situation now. But after calling her on a Friday evening right as she's getting ready to leave, she called me back herself and made arrangements to work me in Monday morning. I have a heart murmer which can be extremely dangerous in combination with an infection in my tooth. This doctor didn't hesitate to call in a prescription for an antibiotic to calm down the tooth before my exam. In all of my years of traveling around the world with my military husband, this is only the second of two different doctors who made the time to call me back after I left a message. I appreciate the fact that she treats me like a person and not just a client. Even though I understand this is a business, I'd like you to know that she really cares about her patients. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
