They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They did work without consulting with me first. I would always get a bill for something not covered. My children had things done to their teeth that wasn't needed. I have very good health care coverage. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF....
