They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. He pressured me for unnecessary procedures, typically the dental assistants do all the work. I was pressured into doing bondings that were then done so poorly the had to immediately be removed. The filling I had done there had to be redone twice. I eventually switched. He's very nice, which is a plus, makes you feel comfortable, but the outcome was not what I was looking for.
