DO NOT go to this dentist. I came in right as the office switched hands, and was never told that Chetlin was the new dentist. Already sneaky and off to a bad start. I had a filling done which (1) fell out within 6 months, and (2) was painful both times. After adjusting it a couple of times, the dentist told me to get a root canal because she was too lazy to fix her problem. In addition, every time you go in, they will backhandedly try to make money off it, even if it's to replace the filling that fell out in 6 months! They tell you it's no charge, then file it as "Oral Evaluation" to suck money off your insurance. This makes it impossible for me to get any real dental work done for the next 12 months. I resorted to going to my old dentist *without insurance* to get my filling fixed, and was told never to go back to Dr. Chetlin again. Dr. Chetlin and/or her staff are insane. I also think they're writing some of these glowing reviews themselves. If these people hated Dr. Melnick so much, wouldn't they have left before Dr. Chetlin took over? This is just wrong.

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
