Services here are overpriced. The secretary is not friendly and is not there to help. She makes you feel that she is doing you a favor for scheduling an appointment or for answering your questions.

She is the same secretary as Dr. Melnick's. ... she should retire if she is not enjoying her work.

Dr Chetlin and staff are fine but not exceptional. The staff is friendly. I had one person, not Dr. Chetlin, put in a filling which cracked while I was in the chair and had to be re-done. Which it was immediately. Mostly things just go allright. The office was very easy to locate. I was Dr. Melnick's patient for years and I really miss him. My standards are perhaps too high. They are closed on friday even to make an appt?

Very long wait times. Seems to be pushing unneeded services to build her practice.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
