My significant other and I will be looking for a new dentist. Patient of Dr. Horowitz for 10+ years. Recently had a filling that fell out and visited Dr. Horowitz to repair. The repair lasted 1 day so I scheduled a follow up appointment and had the filling replaced a second time. I was billed for the original repair filling, which I paid. Subsequent to my 2nd visit, I received another bill. I thought it may have been in error so I contacted the office to inquire and asked for Dr. Horowitz to return the call to which he decline. A few weeks later the 2nd replacement filling also fell out. Now after 2 visits and 2 payments for the same replacement filling, plus not even so much as a return call after 10+ years as a loyal customer, I still need to have this addressed. I expect more from a medical provider.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes

Sometimes, but not all the time
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
