One thing I noticed about their office was how clean and organized it was. The front desk staff always greets us with a hello and a smile, they make you feel welcomed from the time you walk through the door until your appointment is complete. They go to great lengths to make sure you are completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted her and by that same evening you didn't even know he had just had 4 teeth extracted. My daughter got hit in the mouth and was very upset because her front tooth was knocked slightly loose Dr. Graver and his assistant made her feel at ease and by the time her appointment was over there were know more tears and she had a positive attitude about what her final outcome would be. Dr. Graver and his entire staff are all very caring and treat you like a persona not just another patient walking through the door. We never wait long at all, our appointments always start on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Graver and his staff are very knowledgeable and always take time to answer all my questions whether it is regarding treatment or insurance coverage. They have an easy to use website, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. If you are looking for good quality dental office with a caring staff, this is the office for you.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The assistants are nice, the dentist is rude. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I had to go to another dentist to try to save the tooth they worked on. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They also over charge, compare their prices to national averages, it is a joke.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
