They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
