I worked for Max Higbee for 7 years !! Amazing team ft you always felt like family!!! This man is the most humble man, caring, gave 💯 plus!!! My Grandma mom teeth needed full mouth work done... prep teeth on Monday, on Friday at 4:00 he was at a dental convention, came back seated her crowns.. charged only the lab bill . $200. ❤️❤️💯true story!! She put lip stick on with the temps I made Black Butte Oregon ate dinner .. she felt like a queen 👸 off ❤️❤️🙏🌎thank you max!! Warm hugs special Dad!! Love ❤️ you

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
